Hill Barrett Travel in most cases will facilitate your payment directly to
the provider of services. On occasions when it is necessary for Hill
Barrett Travel to handle these funds, and in order to safeguard your money
by keeping them separate from operational accounts, Hill Barrett Travel
has opened a Trust Account with a federally insured bank, in accordance
with State of Washington Code RCW
19.138.140
to protect your payment until such a
time as these are required to be paid for the travel services and
reservations (airlines, consolidators, hotels, ground operators, rail,
etc) you have requested us to make on your behalf.
